Founded in 1919 and designed by course architects Emil Loeffler and John McGlynn, Connoquenessing Country Club’s 18 hole USGA rated golf course is nestled in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, offering panoramic views and challenging play in a natural country setting.
Throughout its history, the Club has hosted and continues to host numerous local and national tournaments, including a Hogan Qualifier, the Assistant Pro Championship for the Tri-State PGA, several Tri-State Pro-Ams, two Senior PGA Qualifiers and the Tri-State Junior Championship.
The original 9 hole course was expanded to 18 holes in 1990. The result is a balanced par 71 golf course playing 6,301 yards of golf from the championship tees. The course rating is 70.9 and it has a slope rating of 126.
The clubhouse has also evolved over the years but like the course, has remained true to its original design. The Terrace Room, which overlooks the golf course, and the Ballroom can accommodate up to 170 guests and is an ideal setting for both wedding receptions and corporate events.
